About

Abrahamic Religions is an independent educational platform on the histories, scriptures, beliefs and practices of Judaism, Christianity and Islam.

Our purpose

We write for students, teachers, researchers and curious readers who want clear, well-sourced information. Each tradition is presented as its adherents understand it, alongside what historical scholarship can tell us, so that readers can weigh the evidence for themselves.

Our approach

Articles are written for a general audience and reviewed for accuracy. We use neutral dating (BCE and CE), give Arabic and Hebrew terms with translations, and correct errors promptly. Our Editorial Policy sets out these commitments in full.
